I joined Waves Ducks when it was starting out way back in April 2021. Since that time I have participated in some of the activities half heartedly. I did not take this project so seriously as to warrant my full attention. Until now…..
My Current Situation
I currently own a few Ducks and $EGG. I know I could be owning a lot more and be a rich guy by now had I taken the game seriously from the very beginning. Which is why I can’t stop beating myself up for MISSING the big chance. MISSING THE CHANCE?? Not really! There is still plenty of TIME and OPPORTUNITY to participate and make a fortune in the game. There will always be time anyway. But time is of the essence now. After all, I enjoy play-to-earn games. And you should join me in this journey if you want to play and earn at the same time. Not such a bad idea after all.
My Plans…Next Steps to becoming Rich
Here, I lay my plans to becoming rich in the Waves Ducks game bare. This game has become all the more interesting because new features are coming up which will make entry absolutely FREE in the new DIP-4-v2. Initially, from the $EGG that I made participating in the rounds, I intend to buy some Baby Ducks which will cost me 0.1 $EGG each. After acquiring the Baby Ducks, I will have several options available to me on how to play the game and increase value for my Ducks depending on the situation ruling at a particular time.
- Feeding My Baby Ducks
I can grow my Baby Ducks by feeding. At a growth rate of 10% per day, I can grow my Baby Ducks into adults (100%) by the following: Current hatch price (incubator) = 3.47 $EGG per Duck. Therefore price for 100% growth for each Baby Duck = 3.47 * 0.7 = 2.429 $EGG. 2.429 $EGG + 0.1 $EGG (purchase price of Baby Duck) = 2.529 $EGG. This will be achieved in 10 days since the growth rate is 10% per day. This is 0.941 $EGG cheaper than hatching in an incubator which costs 3.47 $EGG.
2. Battling
If, somehow, I feel that feeding my Baby Ducks with the above option is expensive, then I can participate in battling. Baby Duck battles happen every 4 hours, which means that in a day (24 hours) there are 6 battles. From this, 3,000 $GROW tokens (at a rate of 500 $GROW per lap) are issued and shared equally amongst the Baby Ducks which have won their battles. Note that 1 $GROW is equal to 1% growth.
So, if for instance, there are 600 Baby Duck victors in a day and my Baby Duck consistently performs well, then I get to earn 5 $GROW per day. If, again, for instance, Jedi fees are 30%, then my net earnings are 3.5 $GROW (5 $GROW minus 30% Jedi commission).
Therefore, it will take me 29 days (a month) to grow my Baby Duck into a full adult (100% / 3.5 $GROW = 28.57 days) using the Duck Wars model.
3. Jedi Duck Leasing
I still got more options. With Waves Ducks the options are endless. As I have got some Ducks which are not on farming, I just might decide to lease them out instead of letting them sit idle. Since I will be the one to determine the lease rate of commission, I will set it at 30%. After all these are high quality Ducks with high rarity. So if a lessee of my Duck is earning, for example, 3 $GROW a day (6 laps a day * 0.5 $GROW a lap) then my income per day will be 3 $GROW * 30% = 0.9 $GROW. This translates into 27 $GROW (0.9 $GROW * 30 days) in a month which I can use as income to swap for $EGG, buy more Baby Ducks or use in the feeding of Baby Ducks.
4. Baby Duck Market
As stated earlier, I will initially buy several Baby Ducks, since they are very cheap at 0.1 $EGG per Baby Duck. I will then use a combination of the above methods to grow my Baby Ducks into adults.
Since the protocol intends to introduce a Baby Duck market, I will consider selling some of my Baby Ducks which meet the required criteria at this market place. That way, I will be able to generate income which I will re-invest in the business (game).
Conclusion
I intend to employ the above tactics in a continuous loop fashion. That way I will have a continuous stream of Baby Ducks graduating into adult Ducks. This will produce my Duck Empire in record time.
